exercise class 1 1

Mobility and balance are two of the greatest challenges for people with Parkinson’s so regular exercises are crucial to their well-being.

Exercise classes are a good way to improve balance thus reducing the number of falls somebody might have, and increasing strength and stamina.

It has been proven that regular exercise can slow the progression of Parkinson’s.

Tuesday morning Class

We run a very popular fun chair-based Parkinson’s Exercise Class every Tuesday morning at 10.30am – with the emphasis on functional fitness.

Thursday afternoon Class

We also run a second chair-based exercise class most Thursday afternoons at 2.00pm

Both classes are held at the Boldre War Memorial Hall, Pilley Lane, Boldre, SO41 5QG
