Parkinson's New Forest Branch

Singing & Voice sessions are specially designed for people with Parkinson’s to help them to keep the use of their voice. Each session uses a mix of vocal exercises and singalong songs in a relaxed, no pressure environment. Music evokes memories and singing releases endorphins so these sessions are very beneficial as well as being enjoyable – with refreshments provided at the end! Sessions are held on the second Friday of each month at 2.30pm at the Boldre War Memorial Hall. Sessions cost £4.00 – Carers free
